What You’ll Do Coordinating production team activities to deliver performance for the shift/line Developing team members through training programs and timely coaching and feedback Modeling and promoting behaviors to drive a culture of safety and quality compliance Driving operational efficiencies and understanding performance based on key metrics Promoting a continuous improvement culture using problem‑solving skills Managing expenses, including labor and overtime costs Modeling and promoting accountability to our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures Ability to communicate with cross functional teams Ability to lead tier meetings Ability to provide daily production updates Managing up to 30 direct reports Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Science, Food Science, Engineering or a related field OR High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 4 years of professional experience involving people leadership, operational execution, or quality/safety oversight in manufacturing, production, logistics, or a comparable structured environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a regulated manufacturing work environment Experience utilizing project planning and execution tools Knowledge of FDA – 21 CFR and other regulatory requirements for Infant Formula In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
