Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate restaurant staff Promote teamwork and communication between front-of-house and kitchen staff Conduct and document regular team meetings Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and completing HR paperwork Guest Service Promptly resolve guest concerns in a professional manner Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests Restaurant Operations Monitor compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies Oversee ordering, receiving, inventory management, and vendor relations Support catering events and participate in community engagement activities Administrative Responsibilities Assist with staff scheduling and basic computer-based administrative tasks Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant supervisor or hospitality team leadership role preferred Food handler’s certification required Professional appearance with proper uniform and non-slip shoes Leadership mindset, strong motivation, and multitasking abilities Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, invoicing, scheduling) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand for up to 70% of shift; administrative work up to 30% Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment Schedule Full-time position; schedule details will be discussed during the interview process.
