About the Role:

Synergy HomeCare of Milpitas is looking for a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to join our growing team in Milpitas, CA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:

• Companion Care, Homemaker, Personal Care.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying living spaces
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
• Provide safe transportation and accompaniment to appointments or errands
• Document and communicate any changes in client condition to supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or personal care aide (PCA) experience preferred
• Genuine compassion, patience, and reliability when working with elderly or disabled clients
• Ability to pass a background check and provide verifiable references
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
