Dept Supervisor

Our client, a leader in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a Dept Supervisor to join their team. As a Dept Supervisor, you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting warehouse operations and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and organizational skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: McAllen, TX

Pay Range: Starting 40,000

What's the Job?

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control and compliance with FTZ and ISO standards.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, verifying transactions against packing slips and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Train and develop staff on operational processes, system usage, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct quarterly CBP audits for FTZ inventory to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including process enhancements and risk assessments.

What's Needed?

• 3–5+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain supervision.
• Experience with FTZ operations and CBP compliance preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., ACCS, QAD).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
