Position Master’s Level Behavioral Health Counselor – Full‑time, Day shift (Mon‑Fri). Location: Women’s Therapeutic Residential Center, Henning, TN38014. Overview The role functions within a multidisciplinary team to address the behavioral health needs of patients in a correctional setting, overseeing case files, intake, discharge, and treatment plans. Responsibilities Manage case files, supervise intake and discharge processes, and oversee treatment plans and patient progress. Qualifications Master’s level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from a CACREP accredited institution. At least two years of related professional experience. Active CPR and Basic Life Support certification. Preference for experience in a correctional setting. Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
