Position Overview

AO Globe Life is hiring a Benefits Account Consultant to work remotely with clients reviewing insurance protection options. You will help individuals and families learn about life, supplemental health, and accident coverage while delivering a supportive, professional, and client-centered experience.

This position provides warm leads, online training, consistent coaching, and the ability to build a performance-based career with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective clients through company-provided warm leads

• Schedule and lead virtual client appointments

• Identify coverage needs through thoughtful conversations

• Explain insurance products and available benefits

• Help clients make informed decisions

• Provide prompt follow-up and answer client questions

• Maintain accurate client records and communication notes

• Participate in team training, coaching, and development

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
