Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

Schedule:
Days 12 hours
12 hr days
36 hours/week

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 24

Requirements:
- New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate
- 3 years of ICU/CCU experience
- Minimum 5 years RN experience
- Must be willing to float to Med Surg/Tele when needed
- EPIC experience required
- Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)

Compliance / Notes:
- 14 panel drug screen required (must include specific substances listed)
- Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload (no more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted)
- Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color - No designs or cartoons. No hoodies.
- Permanent address must be included in profile (must match Driver License/State ID).
