Geologist
Blew & Associates
- Serve as Senior Project Manager for ongoing environmental assessment and remediation projects across California
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
- Act as a point of contact for clients and regulatory agencies, managing expectations and facilitating technical discussions at all project stages
- Provide technical oversight and guidance to project teams, including collaboration with geologists, engineers, and field staff
- Prepare, review, and approve high-quality technical reports and deliverables
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with industry standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree a plus)
- Significant experience (10+ years) managing environmental assessment and remediation projects in California
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and communicate complex technical concepts clearly
- Strong technical writing and report-review skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- Professional licensure (PG, PE, or equivalent)
