Quality Survey InvestigatorThis position requires extensive overnight travel throughout the state. Plans, coordinates, and leads quality surveys at long term residential care facilities to ensure quality care is provided to all Arkansas residents. Ensures investigations are completed thoroughly to ensure facts and data are recorded in statement of deficiencies to substantiate or unsubstantiated any complaints or compliance issues for long term care facilities. Completes surveys within a specific time-frame. The successful candidate must be able to read and interpret regulations based on facility type, and must have excellent critical thinking skills. After completion of the investigation, the successful candidate will analyze the data, make a compliance decision, then write the deficiencies following established guidelines. Must be proficient with written and verbal communication.Preferred Qualifications: Excellent computer skills, advanced written and verbal communication. Organizational ability, time management skills and self starter.
