Virtual RN Telehealth Care Navigator
Trinity Health Of New England
Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a Virtual Registered Nurse to join the team at Saint Francis Hospital. In this full-time role, the nurse will utilize technology to provide patient-centered care while being directly connected to patients virtually. The nurse will perform examinations, access medical records, and support direct care nurses with their expertise.
