Summary:
The Channel Marketing Program Support Specialist will support the end-to-end lifecycle of the IMEI eligibility and Salesforce opportunity-creation program—from manual intake and triage through automation testing, cutover, and steady-state reporting. This role requires close coordination with the Program Owner, distribution partners, and Telecommunication's automation deployment team to ensure accurate, timely processing and clear visibility into program performance.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Setup
  • Complete onboarding including Salesforce access, issue-intake inbox setup, and training on ROE/eligibility criteria.
• Daily Operations & Reporting
  • Perform daily review and validation of incoming IMEI submissions.
  • Monitor and triage the issue-intake inbox.
  • Establish and maintain baseline weekly status reporting for the Program Owner; transition to daily cadence as volume and process maturity increase.
  • Maintain a current, well-organized issue log throughout the program lifecycle.
• Process Documentation
  • Document the manual workflow end-to-end and identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Draft and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support onboarding of additional resources, if exercised by Telecommunication.
• Automation Support & Cutover
  • Support UAT/testing of the IMEI-eligibility and Salesforce-opportunity-creation automations as deployed by Telecommunication.
  • Support cutover from manual to automated workflows.
  • Validate automation output against manual spot-checks throughout the transition period.
  • Pilot and refine a red/yellow/green status-reporting view for issue aging and submission throughput.
• KPI Reporting & Capacity Planning
  • Deliver recurring KPI reporting covering submission volume, eligibility outcomes, activation status, and issue aging.
  • Provide prioritized triage support during periods of increased distribution-partner volume.
  • Refresh capacity analysis against the program's annual activation target and actual distribution-partner volumes.
• Program Review
  • Deliver a six-month program status summary to the Program Owner, covering activations, issue-resolution trends, and automation performance.
  • Provide recommendations on term renewal, staffing levels, and process/tooling investment for the subsequent period.

Qualifications

• Experience in channel marketing, program/project support, or operations coordination roles.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce (or ability to ramp up quickly).
• Strong attention to detail with experience in data validation or quality-control processes.
• Comfortable working with recurring KPI/status reporting and translating data into clear summaries for leadership.
• Experience supporting UAT or automation rollout is a plus.
• Strong written communication skills for SOP and status-report documentation.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $65.00 - $67.00 /hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
