This position involves providing expert perioperative nursing care before, during, and after cardiac and cardiothoracic surgeries. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role demands working in a high-acuity, fast-paced operating room environment with a focus on patient safety and surgical support.

• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS); minimum of 2 years experience in the specific specialty; 2+ years inpatient acute care experience in a larger hospital; recent travel experience required; Epic electronic medical record experience; valid license with full NURSYS report if RN.
• Preferred Qualifications: Three completed travel assignments.
• Float: None.
• Additional Information: Weekends and holidays are required per unit rotation. Submission packets must include a resume, appropriate skills checklist, and proof of licensure (full NURSYS report if RN).
