Job Details Job Location: McPherson Office - McPherson, KS 67460 Position Type: Full Time Job Category: Customer Service Summary Supports routine service delivery by processing routine transactions and responding to basic customer, agent, and internal inquiries. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, communicates clearly, and is eager to build strong customer service skills in the insurance industry.
