Outbound Call Center Agent

Seeking an empathetic and tech-savvy Outbound Call Center Agent for a full-time remote position, responsible for conducting proactive calls to existing healthcare members to promote wellness benefits and guide them through the use of a mobile app. Key responsibilities Conduct proactive outbound calls to educate healthcare members on app features and wellness benefits Guide members through the download and registration process while providing troubleshooting support Document all interactions and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and company quality metrics Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 2+ years of call center experience, including at least 1 year of outbound calling experience Must have a dedicated, quiet home office with a stable internet connection Strong understanding of HIPAA privacy rules or ability to quickly learn them Exceptional verbal communication skills and a warm, professional phone presence
