Community-Based Case Manager & Recovery Advocate
Apis Services, Inc.
Apis Services, Inc. is seeking a Case Manager to assess participant needs, coordinate resources, and implement individualized service plans in collaboration with participants and teams. You will advocate for access to supports, maintain confidentiality, and participate in rotating on‑call shifts to provide crisis intervention and support recovery goals.
