Hourly Pay Range: $40.45 - $62.70 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Position: Registered Nurse Coordinator Location: Arlington Heights Full Time Hours: 7a to 3:30p M-F What you will do: As the Clinical Nurse Coordinator you will assume a critical role in the coordination and management of clinical operations within your designated unit. You will lead a team of nursing staff, ensuring efficient patient care delivery, adherence to protocols, and the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in healthcare. What you will need: Education: BSN required MSN preferred Certifications/License: IL RN License CPR BLS issued by AHA ACLS issued by AHA Experience: Clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
