If qualified, this position will grow into the Caregiver Manager position! The new office in Conifer will serve the area from Wadsworth west to Fairplay. We're looking for an individual to begin as a caregiver, but as clients grow, you'll move into a caregiver manager position. Job Duties: What does a day in the life of a caregiver look like? Providing a helping hand.

• Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships
• Participate in your clients’ favorite hobbies (scrapbooking, gardening, games, etc.)
• Prep meals for your clients to enjoy
• Assist your clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living
• Report what activities were completed with your clients and provide updates on your clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• For management consideration, you'll need some previous experience or earn it here
• Pass a Background check
• Legal Identification and proof of authorization to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation, car insurance/driver's license, and ability to arrive at shifts on-time
• Ability to use clock in & out & care documentation system used by agency successfully through caregiver app
• Ability to transport client in a vehicle safely
• You enjoy customer service and communicating with clients
• You want to help your community and make a difference in someone’s life
