No**Overview**The Payroll Administrator is responsible for administering payroll operations across the Cavalier Resort Campus, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely payroll processing for multiple hospitality entities and employee populations.### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Process biweekly payroll across multiple locations* Audit payroll, timekeeping, PTO, and deductions.* Serve as Workday and timekeeping subject matter expert.* Train managers on payroll compliance and timekeeping processes.* Analyze payroll variances, overtime and labor trends.* Resolve employee payroll inquiries while maintaining confidentiality.* Identify and implement payroll process improvements.* Performs any other job-related duties as assigned.**Education and Experience*** Knowledge of Federal and State wage & hour and tax laws.* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in payroll processing.* Workday experience**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities*** Proficient in Microsoft Office products and advanced Excel skills.* Excellent customer service skills.* Sharp analytical skills with the ability to identify "why"* Ability to comfortably speak in front of others.* Self-driven with a high level of attention to detail.* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.* Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays.## **Benefits**HEI Hotels and Resorts is committed to providing a comprehensive benefit program that offers you choices for your physical, mental and financial wellness, creating value in your most important investment - you!
