Occupational Therapy Assistant

Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient-centered rehabilitation within our inpatient hospitals. Working under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver evidence-based treatments to improve patients’ functional independence, safety, and quality of life. Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, leading therapeutic activities, training in ADLs and adaptive equipment, documenting progress, and collaborating closely with our interdisciplinary rehab team in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment.
