Assembly Technician 2
Intuitive Surgical
Assembly Technician 2 assembles medical devices according to specifications and standard work instructions in a manufacturing environment. The role involves equipment operation, quality inspection, documentation, and collaboration with production teams to meet efficiency and quality targets.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products per standard work instructions and technical prints
- Operate and set up production equipment and fixtures as needed
- Perform line preparation, changeover work, and quality inspections
- Complete manufacturing documentation accurately and input data into systems
- Report quality issues, material shortages, and suggest process improvements
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Read, write, and comprehend English; present information effectively
- Basic math skills including decimals, percentages, and calculations
- Personal computer and online documentation proficiency
- Ability to work in clean room environment with proper attire
- 1-2 years mechanical assembly experience preferred
