About the Role: The Golf Course Maintenance Technician will engage in a variety of tasks essential for maintaining the beauty and quality of our golf courses. Responsibilities include performing semi-skilled maintenance work and contributing to construction efforts. Key Responsibilities: Operate powered equipment to mow golf courses, including greens, tees, and roughs. Utilize edgers and trimmers effectively. Prepare soil, lay sod, plant vegetation, and manage weed control. Change out cups and tee markers as needed. Maintain ball washers, water hazards, and bunkers to ensure optimal play conditions. Use light equipment for hauling materials and clearing debris. Trim trees, prune shrubs, and cultivate a variety of plants and flowers. Assist in constructing new greens, tees, and fairways by preparing soil and planting seeds. Who You Are: Minimum 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance. Able to comprehend and follow both written and verbal instructions. Willing to work weekends and holidays. Bilingual (English - Spanish) is a plus.
