Investment Accountant & Executive Assistant – Los Angeles, CA Seeking a highly trustworthy

Investment Accountant & Executive Assistant

to provide dedicated support to one of our company Principals. This role is structured as

80% bookkeeping and accounting support

and

20% executive administrative support

. The ideal candidate brings a strong accounting background, exceptional attention to detail, and the strict discretion required to handle highly confidential financial and personal information.

Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping & Accounting (80%):

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for personal, investment, and business accounts. Handle accounts payable, monthly bank/credit card reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and cost allocations across multiple entities. Prepare monthly financial reports, assist with budgeting/cash-flow tracking, and coordinate directly with internal and external tax and financial professionals. Executive Support (20%):

Provide administrative support to the Principal, including calendar management, travel coordination, document preparation, and vendor correspondence. Track deadlines and assist with occasional personal requests with complete professionalism and flexibility.

Qualifications Required: Experience:

5+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration experience. Technical Skills:

Proficiency with

QuickBooks

and

Microsoft Excel

, alongside strong knowledge of general accounting principles. Confidentiality:

Demonstrated history of managing highly sensitive business and personal financial data. Attributes:

Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and polished written/verbal communication. Logistics:

Must have a valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional local errands. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Experience supporting an executive, high-net-worth individual, or working within a

family office

or

real estate/multi-entity

environment.

Comp:

$85-104K +bonus +benefits
