Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient Physical Therapist experience required.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 5x8.
• Assignment length: 13 weeks.
• Patient visits include 60-minute evaluation and treatment sessions.
