Outbound Logistics Coordinator — Lakeville, MN

As our Outbound Logistics Coordinator, you’re the last, crucial link between our warehouse and our customers—making sure every box is prepped perfectly, labeled correctly, and sent out on time.

You’ll move from planning to execution with focus and care. You’ll gather items from inventory with our warehouse partners, package them with precision, print accurate labels, and complete the documentation carriers require. You’ll keep a close eye on pickup times, confirm handoffs, and track shipments so everyone stays informed. Along the way, you’ll keep your station spotless and safe, and jump in to help resolve any shipping discrepancies or customer questions that pop up.

• Prepare and package products for shipment with a strong focus on accuracy and quality control.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage inventory and fulfill orders efficiently.
• Create labels and complete all required shipping documentation.
• Monitor shipping schedules; communicate with carriers and track shipments proactively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area.
• Assist in resolving shipping discrepancies and support customer inquiries related to shipments.
• Follow safety regulations and adhere to all company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional logistics education is a plus).
• Experience in shipping, logistics, or a related environment preferred.
• Sharp attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
• Comfort with shipping software and basic computer applications.
• Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
