Job TitleSenior Partner Marketing Manager, Sage Intacct - CPA Firms Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager with Demand Gen experience to lead our North American marketing efforts targeting (Certified Public Accountant) CPA firms—a critical growth channel for Sage Intacct, the only financial management solution endorsed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). In this role, you'll develop and deliver the marketing strategy that engages leaders (Firm Partners) at CPA firms, to generate referrals for Sage Intacct. Your focus will be on helping them fully realize the value of Sage Intacct in scaling their practice, enhancing client service and driving awareness within these firms so they position Sage Intacct as the solution they trust and recommend to their clients. You’ll bring together strategic planning and hands-on execution—partnering closely with internal teams and practice leads to deliver compelling campaigns, targeted messaging, and meaningful engagement across the full partner journey. A background marketing/selling accounting and financial management software solutions to CPA firms or a background in marketing at CPA firms—or direct experience as an accountant or CPA turned marketer—is essential to understanding this target audience and building credibility in the market. What we're looking for? Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience marketing accounting and financial management software or ERP solutions
• A background as an accountant or experience marketing at or to CPA firms.
• Demand gen marketing experience including lead flow, campaign strategies and tactics preferred.
• Experience tracking integrated campaign and funnel performance—from MQL through SQL—and using analysis to identify gaps, measure results, and optimize co-marketing programs
• Ability to build trusted, consultative partner relationships and influence adoption of marketing programs to deliver measurable results.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and effective communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a bias for action.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities• Collaborate with CPA firms that run a digital practice and are Sage Intacct value added resellers, to plan and execute co-marketing campaigns that drive demand and generate sales qualified opportunities (SQOs).

• Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned VAR (value-added reseller) partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with Sage’s strategic goals.
• Build referral programs to activate CPA firm referrals.
• Collaborate with Partner Sales, Product Marketing, and internal Performance Marketing teams to support partner marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Provide strategic and consultative guidance to partners on marketing best practices, campaign execution, and performance optimization.
• Track, measure, and report on partner campaign performance and planned activities, including insights into what’s working well and where improvements are needed.
• Manage partner MDF (Market Development Funds) and ensure effective utilization and ROI.
• Support partner enablement through marketing content, tools, and training.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with partners and Sage Partner Sales Leadership to assess marketing impact and identify growth opportunities.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to inform partner strategies.
