Senior Compliance Specialist

As a full-time Senior Compliance Specialist, the successful candidate will manage compliance program elements, investigate credit reporting disputes, and translate regulatory changes into actionable guidance while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Deliver and manage key elements of the Compliance Program, including monitoring, testing, and policy development Conduct investigations related to the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) and oversee credit bureau reporting accuracy Monitor new state and federal legislation, preparing implementation plans for regulatory changes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of five years of experience in Regulatory Compliance or a related function within a regulated consumer financial services environment Strong knowledge of consumer financial services laws and regulations, including TILA, FCRA, and Bank Secrecy Act requirements Experience in designing and implementing compliance controls and evaluating their effectiveness Professional certifications such as CCEP, CRCM, CIA, or CAMS are preferred
