We are a premier exterior local contractor in Arnold, MO, specializing in helping homeowners navigate the complexities of storm damage and insurance claims. We provide peace of mind and restore homes, inside and out.

Duties

• Property Inspections: Perform roof and exterior inspections to identify hail or wind damage (must be comfortable with ladders).
• Insurance Navigation: Assist homeowners through the insurance claim process, meeting with adjusters on-site to ensure all damage is documented.
• Consultative Sales: Present high-quality roofing solutions and material options to clients, closing deals using our proven sales process.
• Generate Leads: Actively identify homes with potential storm damage through neighborhood canvassing, referrals, and networking.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, claims, and customer interactions using Leap, Acculynx, Company Cam and other platforms to ensure a seamless production hand-off.
• Relationship Building: Manage the customer experience from the initial inspection until the final check is collected.

Experience & Requirements

• Sales Background: 1–2 years of experience in outside sales, door-to-door sales, or home improvement is preferred but not required—we will train the right personality!
• Physical Ability: Must be comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs to perform inspections.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical details and insurance processes simply.
• Drive: A self-motivated, "hunter" mentality with a desire to hit $150k+ in annual earnings.
• Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a Background check
• Must have a clean MVR
