POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a dedicated Server who is personable, precise, and hardworking to join our team. As a Server, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impression on our guests by providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through our doors. 

We believe in showcasing the best of local and seasonal cuisine, so it will be essential for you to gain extensive knowledge of our menu, allowing you to make recommendations tailored to our guests' preferences confidently. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide exceptional customer service 
• Demonstrate menu knowledge 
• Maintain a professional appearance 
• Ensure accuracy in taking orders from guests 
• Deliver food and beverages promptly. 
• Anticipate guests' needs, promptly address any issues or concerns, and provide personalized service to enhance their dining experience.
• Work as a team with all other staff. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record of providing outstanding hospitality. 
• Able to become familiar with the menu and ingredients and make informed recommendations to guests based on their preferences. 
• Able to effectively communicate with guests, team members, and management and work collaboratively in a fast-paced restaurant environment. 
• Able to accurately take orders, input them into the POS system, and ensure prompt and precise delivery of food and beverages. 
• Capable of anticipating guest needs, handling any issues or concerns professionally, and adapting to changing situations while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Hourly Wage: $9.98 + tips
