Assignment Details
• Start date June 1, 2026 with ongoing coverage
• Scheduled clinical hours only, no call
• Night shift coverage required; day-only availability not considered
• Two providers requested
• Eight guaranteed hours per shift
Clinical Details
• Inpatient emergency department setting
• Trauma level III
• Thirty-two emergency department beds
• Average volume approximately 110 patients per 24 hours
• Stroke-certified facility
• Admissions not required
• EMR system Epic
• Support services available including anesthesia, surgery, radiology, laboratory, and OR response
Requirements
• Active California medical license required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, BE within five years accepted
• ABEM or AOBEM accepted
• Minimum two years of recent hospital-based clinical experience
• Clean malpractice and background history
Compensation
• Rates: $285/hr
• Malpractice: Provided
• Travel: Reimbursed
