You qualify at the GS-09 grade level if you possess one of the following: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in Federal service, that demonstrates the ability to: Developing data from a variety of sources including reports, memorandums, meetings, discussions, and notes; Reviewing, analyzing, and editing memorandums, directives, manuals, standard operating procedures (SOP), and correspondence; Utilizing various systems to control and access office records, files, and other documentation (hard copy/electronic) according to policy regarding maintenance and disposition of files; Screening all correspondence to ensure supporting materials are included and assures all correspondence complies with established procedures.; OR A master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related; OR A combination of successfully completed graduate level education and specialized experience as described above that, when combined, equal 100% of the total requirement.
