Pay & Schedule Hourly Pay $23.00 per hour Schedule: First Shift Sunday‑Wednesday 6:00 am – 4:30 pm Benefits Warehouse Positions Pay Each Week Paid Training and support to take your next step Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 K and other benefits start at 30 days Paid Time Off 401 K offers a company match High‑valued Stock at 15 % Employee Discount Employee Discounts on tools, cars, hotels, electronics/appliances, cell phones, travel and more Safety Gear Provided Caring leadership prioritizing safety – every shift, every role Focus on continuous improvement designed for success Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred One year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred One year or more previous experience as Team Lead preferred One year or more experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) preferred One year or more previous warehouse experience preferred Knowledge and experience with an RF scanner advanced required Valid forklift operator’s license certified Strong verbal and written communication skills Effective leadership skills Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Excellent organizational skills Proactive approach to responsibilities Maintains composure under pressure Working using health and safety methods Bilingual (for Quebec locations only) Responsibilities Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of operations Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting Allocate resources and organize daily work duties for team members to ensure optimal shift/team operational logistics Inspire and guide team members toward improved Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using appropriate leadership styles and methods Assist with employee orientation and provide necessary information, technology, and tools to perform their jobs Promote health and safety working methods within the warehouse Handle day‑to‑day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading) Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels Perform other duties as assigned Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug‑Free workplace.
