What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
Assess patient conditions and prioritize treatment needs
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient management
Document patient information accurately and timely
Support patient and family education and communication
Respond effectively to emergency situations and fluctuations in patient acuity

What You Need:

Active RN licensure in Louisiana
Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, CPI
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to participate in emergency response teams if assigned
