What You Can Earn

Our technicians earn between $35 and $60 per flagged hour based on ASE certification level and experience. That is before bonuses.

This bonus is paid out over a multi-year schedule that rewards continued tenure and your growth. Details are covered during the interview process with our dealership.

What You Will Do

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems accurately, completely, and the first time.
• Perform routine maintenance including oil services, tire rotations, and alignments.
• Execute complex electrical diagnostics and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Document all work thoroughly and accurately on repair orders.
• Flag hours efficiently while maintaining quality. Speed and precision are not in conflict here.
• Communicate findings clearly to service advisors so customers receive accurate information.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive technician experience; INFINITI or Nissan OEM dealership experience strongly preferred.
• Current Valid ASE certifications. Additional certifications are a meaningful differentiator.
• Experience with dealer management systems; Tekion familiarity is a plus.
• INFINITI or Nissan brand experience is advantageous but not required.
• Electrical diagnostic experience with modern vehicle systems.

Required

• Your own professional tool set.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with vehicle repair.
• Availability for a schedule that includes rotating Saturdays.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
