Come join our dynamic team of rehabilitation therapists and get the most out of your career as you Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments, utilizing a variety of evidence‑based therapeutic techniques. Establish treatment goals and develop and implement appropriate Speech Pathology treatment programs based upon a full clinical evaluation. Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team. Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients. Treat residents one‑on‑one so each patient receives individualized attention through private treatment sessions with a functional‑based treatment approach. Qualifications Master’s degree from an accredited graduate program in speech‑language pathology. Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), or ability to obtain before beginning employment. Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
