What You’ll Do Build and retain meaningful relationships with customers, using financial knowledge to recommend thoughtful solutions. Collaborate with partners (Mortgage, Wealth Management) to connect customers to experts for specialized needs. Operate teller drawer, serve lobby/drive‑up customers, open accounts, maintain accounts, and assist with digital products. Recognize potential fraud and other risks. Depending on the shift, manage bank opening/closing and support community and bank events. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in customer service, financial service, or sales role. High School diploma or GED required. Intermediate computer skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
