Job Description Performs statistical analyses for cardiovascular genetics research projects under supervision. Computes and analyzes data according established pipelines in bash, R, and python. Compiles reports, charts, and graphs that describe findings of analyses. Enters and verifies data for use in research studies. May participate in publication of research findings. Responsibilities Compute and analyze data using computational pipelines Check source data to verify completeness and accuracy Compile reports, charts, or graphs that describe and interpret findings of analyses Participate in the publication of data or information Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor of Science and 0 to 1 year of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience with statistical programming (R, SAS, or similar) required. Special Requirements Background checks may be required after a conditional job offer is made.
