Location : 5 days a week - New Bremen, Ohio 45869 - 20-30% travel Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. 2-4 years related experience Experience in product management, marketing, engineering, or strategic planning. Strong analytical, communication, and business acumen. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic decisions. Position Summary: The Product Manager is responsible for the global strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial success of assigned products, solutions, and technologies. This role connects customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives to guide portfolio investments, product roadmap decisions, and lifecycle strategies that drive sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage global product portfolio strategies. Identify customer needs, market trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities. Lead product lifecycle activities from concept through retirement. Develop business cases, product requirements, pricing strategies, and commercialization plans. Recommend portfolio actions including defend, refresh, grow, transition, or exit decisions. Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Service, and global regions to align priorities and execute strategy. Support product launches, market adoption, and ongoing portfolio performance.
