What You’ll Do- Prepare and cook menu items to Clark’s standards
- Assist with prep work and station setup
- Maintain clean, organized, and stocked stations
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Help deliver a consistent and exceptional guest experience
- 1+ year of kitchen experience preferred
- Active Food Handler Certificate required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work safely in a fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to heat, sharp tools, and commercial kitchen equipment.
