Finance Manager

A privately held energy company is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its growing finance organization in Fort Worth, Texas. This position will work closely with senior leadership and operating teams to provide financial insight, improve forecasting and reporting, and support strategic decision-making across the business. What You'll Do Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and key drivers Develop and deliver management reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level financial presentations Partner with accounting, operations, and leadership to translate operational activity into actionable financial insights Build and enhance FP&A processes, models, reporting tools, and best practices What We're Looking For 5+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience Required: Oil & gas experience, with upstream E&P experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of upstream oil & gas financial and operational drivers Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Strong experience working with ERP systems and financial/analytical technologies Experience using AI tools and/or automation to improve financial analysis and reporting is highly valued Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field MBA, CFA, or similar advanced credentials are a plus Location & Work Schedule Fort Worth, TX | 100% in-office This is a direct-hire, full-time position.
