Interclypse supports several Maryland state agencies in the modernization and sustainment of critical systems. All positions are required to be onsite at various locations in Maryland. This opportunity allows candidates to contribute to the long-term health and success of the state while learning and growing professionally within our growth‑mindset culture. Responsibilities Leads Agile process for one or more Scrum Teams to ensure delivery and releases are within scope. Responsible for ongoing development of the team and continued improvement of development process, product quality and quantity of work delivered. Guides and coaches the Scrum Team. Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a related field Three (3) years of relevant experience.
