**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Registered Nurse!** **Job Description:** - Embark on a fulfilling journey in patient care as a Registered Nurse. - Evaluate patients and collaborate closely with physicians to provide exceptional care. - Plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. - Identify patient requirements and prioritize care through thorough assessment and evaluation. - Develop and coordinate individualized plans of care for assigned patients with continued assessments. - Initiate assessments based on patients' difficulties, medical diagnoses, and functional health frameworks. - Perform therapeutic nursing interventions with confidence and skill. - Manage comprehensive patient care with a focus on positive outcomes. - Document nursing care following established standards and clinical priorities. - Advocate for evidence-based practices that enhance care standards and innovations in delivery. - Provide patient-centric care that aligns with professional nursing practice models. - Flexibility to take on additional duties as assigned. **Skills:** **Required Skills & Experience:** - 1+ year of experience in a related specialty. **Preferred Skills & Experience:** - Not applicable. **Education:** **Required Education:** - ASN. **Preferred Education:** - BSN. **Certifications & Licensure:** **Required Certifications & Licensure:** - BLS - AHA. - NRP (AHA only). - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license. **Preferred Certifications & Licensure:** - Not applicable. **Schedule Notes:** - 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 3 x 12 hour shifts. - Every other weekend required. - Holiday requirement as needed. - No on-call requirement. - Floating required as needed (Pediatrics/PICU). - Scrub color: Navy. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
