Cardiac Rhythm Management District Sales Manager - South Central Arkansas Region

Medtronic seeks a Cardiac Rhythm Management District Sales Manager for the South Central Arkansas region (Little Rock, Memphis, NW Arkansas). The role involves developing sales strategies, managing field teams, achieving revenue targets, and building customer relationships for CRM products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve short and long-term business and revenue goals
• Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and train sales employees on product knowledge and sales skills
• Direct and motivate personnel, provide ongoing coaching, and manage performance reviews
• Develop budgets, manage district assets, and negotiate pricing and contract issues
• Recruit candidates and maintain personnel pipeline to meet diversity goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years medical device sales experience
• Valid driver's license and active insurance
• Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory
• Sales and personnel management experience preferred
• Knowledge of pacing or interventional cardiology markets preferred
