As a barista at Pluma you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Crafting delicious coffee and espresso beverages with precision and care.
- Providing exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to uphold our high standards of quality and safety.

- Do daily prep of our in-house homemade syrups.
- Assisting with restocking supplies and keeping the café running smoothly.
- Collaborating with team members to create a friendly and supportive work environment.

No prior experience? No problem! We’re happy to welcome individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us. Here’s what we value:
