Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Active state physical therapist license required.

Assignment Details

• 13-week assignment.
• Float to other clinics may be required.
• Patient population includes outpatient orthopedics.
