Travel Physical Therapist (PT)- Burlington, CO

Position Requirements

• Active Colorado Physical Therapist License or Compact PT License required.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• Experience in both Inpatient and Outpatient Physical Therapy settings is required.
• Strong patient assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
• Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Pay Package(40hrs/week)

• Total Non-taxable Pay (weekly): $1246
• Total Taxable Pay (weekly): $1,960
• Gross Total Pay (weekly): $3,206
