Labor and Employment Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a full‑time Labor and Employment Associate in Worcester, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in labor and employment law, with a preference for those familiar with labor and employment agencies and collective bargaining. Duties Conduct thorough legal research and analysis. Communicate effectively with clients and team members. Draft and review legal documents and correspondence. Manage tasks and deadlines across multiple cases. Collaborate with colleagues as part of a team. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of labor and employment experience. Experience with labor and employment agencies preferred. Familiarity with collective bargaining is advantageous. Strong research, communication, and writing skills. Proven leadership abilities. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. Skills Excellent research and analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Team-oriented with leadership capabilities.
