Department Overview

The full-time annual base salary range for this position at an Assistant Professor rank is: $286,152 to $303,756; commensurate with experience and rank. Base pay does not include incentive pay, hiring bonuses, or additional benefits such as retirement contributions.

Located in the stunning Pacific Northwest, OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital invites you to join our dynamic team of 16 pediatric cardiologists and 5 advanced practice providers. We are looking for a pediatric cardiologist with experience in cardiac MRI and transthoracic echocardiography. Opportunities to engage in transesophageal echocardiography and fetal cardiology are available but not required. As a leader, you will drive the pediatric CMR and 3D+ programs through a transformative phase of expansion, enhancing care for children and families.

Required Qualifications

Qualifications

• Board-Certified in Pediatric Cardiology
• Desirable Skills: Experience in 3D printing and/or virtual/augmented reality visualization of cardiac anatomy.
• Echocardiography Proficiency: Competent in interpreting transthoracic echocardiograms, with optional involvement in transesophageal echoes and fetal cardiology.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong critical thinking abilities and the capability to thrive in both independent and team environments.
