Mobile Hydraulic Technician

SCHEDULE 1st Shift: Monday‑Friday, 7 am‑5 pm (approx. 40‑60 hours per week) 2nd Shift: Monday‑Friday, 3:30 pm‑12 am (approx. 40‑60 hours per week) WAGE $27–$38 per hour, plus incentives based on skill set and experience. RESPONSIBILITIES Install new hydraulic systems on heavy‑duty trucks (wet kits) Troubleshoot hydraulic systems on trucks and other mobile equipment Perform occasional service calls to troubleshoot systems or conduct testing Disassemble hydraulic components (pumps, motors, valves, cylinders) to identify failures, replace defective parts, re‑assemble and test Assemble Hydraulic Power Units from drawings and schematics Fabricate frames, brackets, and perform general shop work with structural steel, welding, plasma torch, band saws, and other tools Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements Ensure final work meets quality standards Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers Float to meet shop demand and work as a team player QUALIFICATIONS Strong work ethic Willingness to jump in and help where needed Mechanical aptitude and optional truck mechanic experience Team player mindset Previous warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience is a plus Strong computer skills Friendly, courteous, and can‑do attitude Attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Reliability and dedication to hard work Ability to learn and apply new skills Ability to work independently while maintaining a safe, efficient, and friendly environment Honesty and respect VALUES Values people Empowers individuals to utilize their strengths Views challenges as growth opportunities Affirms and brings out the best in others Maintains high quality standards Hard work and determination Sees opportunities and integrates with existing business Effective communication Humble and accountable Attends to details and operations Competitive spirit BENEFITS Industry leading benefits $5,000 sign‑on bonus 2nd shift pay differential Large technician referral bonuses Monthly incentive bonus program, paid weekly Overtime pay 401(k) with company match $50,000 life insurance policy Room for career growth and advancement Hydraulic Specialty, Inc. is an EEO/AA/Minorities/Women/Vet/Disability Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
