Registered Behavior Technician in Cambridge, MA

Key Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification
• Previous experience working with young children, especially within a school setting
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and intervention strategies
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support to a kindergarten student, implementing individualized plans as directed by supervisory staff
• Collect and record accurate behavioral data throughout the school day
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and caregivers to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
• Assist with daily activities, transitions, and classroom routines to foster student growth and independence
• Attend and participate in team meetings and relevant trainings
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold district policies regarding student information
