Salary Range $13.00 - $18.00*

You are a salesperson who provides outstanding customer service, excels in developing long-lasting client relationships and succeeds at increasing sales volume. • Implement the appropriate selling behaviors and exceed sales plans.
• Develop a clientele base

• Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities through consultative selling, exciting store events and client build

The hourly rate for this position is between $19.00-$20.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for [bonus] [long-term incentive compensation awards].
